Standard Warranty

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workman-like manor according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All arrangements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workmen's Compensation Insurance.

All work performed by G. Marlow & Associates, Inc. is guaranteed against defects in material or application of same for a period of one (1) year from date of installation. Not included in the guarantee are: damage due to structural design deficiencies, including but not limited to slab cracking due to lateral, rotational or vertical movement and gouging or other damage due to fork lift or other equipment, normal wear and tear, lifting due to hydrostatic or vapor pressure, moisture in or under the substrate, or staining or discoloration due to unforeseen environmental conditions that contractor could not foresee or have any control over, Acts of God or causes not related to the system materials.
